I would like to create a new form using the template in the form template gallery

I am having trouble getting started.  I would like to create a new form the Buyers Questionnaire template (Real Estate).  How do I do this?

You can use the form template from the Form Templates gallery by following this guide : How to Use Form Templates

I believe you wanted to use one of these questionnaire templates.
