When the forms are completed and submitted, I do not get an email notification. I tried removing the email from settings, redo, etc. Still hasn't worked.Page URL:

I have just checked your email history and seems like the emails are sending without any problem. You could also check your email history following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
I would also recommend you to check this guide that will help you to know why emails may not be sending: https://www.jotform.com/help/364-Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications
You may also ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses so emails are not blocked due to any security filters: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
