You won't need an extension to embed a form on your Joomla-powered website. Please follow the detailed guide I'm linking below and let us know if none of the instructions worked for you.
Complete guide: Adding-a-form-to-Joomla
Please ensure you will share your website URL too in case you'd need further help.

Did you mean you aren't able to find the Change "Default WYSIWYG Editor:" to "No WYSIWYG Editor" on your Joomla? If so, this link might help: https://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=39253
If it still doesn't work, please try using Jumi Joomla Extensions, please see this link: https://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/core-enhancements/coding-a-scripts-integration/jumi/
Hope that helps.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
