Cannot get access to account

    Hi, we are trying to get access to the account for this form:



    The login information has been lost, and we've attempted the "forgot password" link, but we are not receiving the email.


    Can you please help?

    Hi Jen,

    Form ID: 1532439654 was created under Free account using westcoastpeddler as the username of the account and using email address: westcoast*******.net.

    Looks like we no longer have access to that email account then. Is it possible to get the email changed to

    For security purposes, we cannot simply process the request without gathering useful information that can confirm your association or ownership on the form and its original author.

    Can you please share also with us your relation to the original mentioned form owner? Can you also login to your Jotform account? As is now, I can only see you logged in as 'guest account' only.
