It seems I missed the deadline to upgrade by a couple hours and now my account is disabled, how can I get in to my old account to get to my forms, how do I enable the old account to upgrade it?

Your account has been reactivated and your submission count reset.
There was a bug that caused problems to the submission counters. We apologize for the issue and thank you for letting us know and for your patience!
