How to redirect to a custom Thank you page url on submit

how do I get the page to redirect to a url when the person is done filling out the application? They need to go to my custom thank you page. I saw the redirect button once and now I can't find it again.

Thank you for contacting us. Th redirect your form to custom thank you page after submit, go to "Setting" then "Thank you page"  then "Redirect to External link"
