How can I download the completed forms in a PDF with all of the info on it?

Hi, 

When I try to download the PDF of a submitted form, it only shows the signatures. I need to be able to see all of the form. It is for consents for medical business.

To be able to view all the form elements of your form in your PDF document, you need to enable the "View Text and Headers" in you form submissions settings.
