i have a email Formular. On you Homepage, i can test the send, And its functional. When i Import the formular in my Website and i will test the Formular, i dont recieve the Mail. When i look on you Website, in my Account, i see the mail.

I have checked from our back-end system and I can confirm the notifications have been sent to your email as you had stated. Would you kindly check your Junk/Spam folder and check if the email has been sent there.
This is the only explanation of why when you check the system there is email and when you check inbox you do not have email.
