After a form is completed, it just goes to a blank page instead of the "Thank you ... received" page. I have checked the setting and it is set up correctly. None of my forms are giving a thank you any more.
This used to work fine and I have made no changes.

I did a test submission to the recently edited form (http://www.jotform.us/form/43567586630161) of your account and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's the screenshot of the Thank You page:
Is the issue resolved? If not, please provide the form link so we can further check it.
