    How Can I delete paypal options for payment to another form of payment like square?

    To change the payment option on your form, you need to delete first the current payment field used. Then just add the new payment field to the form. In your case remove PayPal, and then add Square.

    Click on the trash bin like icon in the payment field settings to delete the payment field. See screenshot below...
