Could you please try re-embedding your form by using the below iFrame code:

     <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-62441904655457" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.me/naggar/clone-of-sdec-enquiry-form" frameborder="0" style="width: 1px; min-width: 100%; height:2940px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

I stripped the script code from the above iFrame code, which should prevent any potential conflict.

Please check and let us know how it worked.

    Thank you!

As I have checked, the alignment in the standalone form and the form embedded in the website looks totally different as seen below:

The codes in your website might not affect the form codes because you have used iFrame embed method. I have forwarded this issue to our software development team in order to investigate the problem. We are going to inform you as soon as possible.

Besides, I have seen that you have some injected CSS codes in the form. Please be informed about that, this situation will affect mobile responsiveness. You should inject media queries as well to the form not to break the form on mobile devices.

Thanks in advance for your patience.
