Why my account is over the quota?

    We have a free account and it says we are over quota (for accepting payment). We deleted the payment section on the form, but it still says over quota and that is all we were over quota for.

    Can you help please?

    Also how can we convert our account to a non/profit/education one?

    I checked your account and it is over the limit for allowed payments per month, as you noticed as well. The thing is that removing the payment field from the form will not restore your account since the account's limit is already over. 

    The only way is to upgrade your account to one of the paid plans or to wait for the next first of the month.
