I tried to login but it says I am suspended

    We are trying to login to our jotform account and it won't let us. I reset the password and it still says LOGIN FAILED- SUSPENDED. I know the October monthly payment was just taken out so it's not that. Can you help ASAP?

    Our apologies. I have just reactivated your account. 

    It seems that a member of our team of reviewers has mistakenly suspended the account. I have coordinated with them for the reason why.
