Unable to Login

    I created one form. When I was in the middle of creating my second form , I was logged out and the site asked me to login again.

    When I gave my user id and password it said Autosuspended.

    I reset my password but I am unable to login.

    When I click login nothing happens.

    Can you pls check and fix the issue.

    Your account is autosuspended by our phishing system because of the Drivers License fields that you added to your forms.

    Some States have driver's licenses as real ID's, therefore they are considered sensitive information. 


    I removed the Drivers License field form your Rental Application form and I purged the other form that had the Drivers License field from the Trash folder on your account. I activated your account. 

    If you want to have a Drivers License field on your forms, you have to add a sort agreement and/or an e-signature field to the form, so your customers will agree to provide their SSN along with personal info.

    I would also suggest you to encrypt the forms that are used to collect Drivers License.
