how can I remove link to create a form?

    How can I remove the link that says "create a Jotform now" at the bottom of the form?  I am OK with the name on the left, but not any links that allow them to create their own form.

    To remove the JotForm branding on your form, you need to be a Paid Subscriber. Then, go to your MyAccount Settings and uncheck the JotForm Branding.
