Embedded form not loading for some.

Hi,

One of our clients that has your form embedded on their website says that the form on their site does not load. http://www.gastromedicine.com.au/infusion-admission-form/

One of my staff who's in the Philippines though, is able to see and access the form. While we, in Australia, could not.

Could you let us know what the problem might be?

I am also not able to replicate mentioned issue.
