Why am I getting a blank white screen I try to preview

    I cleared the form cache on your account and the preview issue should be resolved now.

    Is this something that I as end user can do? or do we need to request it
    from support ? - why does it happen - can it be avoided ?

    Yes, you can also clear the form cache on your account:

    How to Clear Your Form Cache?

    I'm not sure why this has happened. Please note that your live form was working properly and your users were able to fill it. There was an issue only in preview mode.
