I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check your payment tool of your form and found that you have added coupon code correctly but you have set it a single use. You may have already used the coupon code and since it is configured for single use, that is the reason why it is not working.

I would suggest you to edit your PayPal payment tool and increase the number of use of coupon code "Coupon Limit Use Count", that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to increase the number of uses limit of coupon code:

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.

The coupon has not been used. I deleted it and reissued it and it’s still having the same issue.

Thank you for the tip but I am having the same issue. Unfortunately if you can’t get the issue resolved, I will utilize another network to process our intake forms.
    Thank you.

Good morning and thank you for your response. This part of the form works properly however when they get to PayPal, it still charges them the full $90 vs the discounted price of $50.
It’s a recurring subscription that should take $40 off the fist payment with the coupon and charge them $90 with the future payments.

    Hi there,

One of your coupons is already expired:

    15102294111279742_2.png

The issue is that the form still accepted the coupon even though it was expired.

We have fixed this problem, so the form should now reject expired coupons.

By the way, it seems that you did not intend this coupon to expire. If such is the case, please kindly increase your coupons' limit usage count or set the limit to "None", if applicable.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

I don’t have an issue with expired coupons. I have an issue that my coupon works on the site, BUT when it fires to PayPal it still has the same issue.
If you need me to reissue a coupon I can, but I really need an answer for the problem I am having.

It would appear that the coupons have no applicable products.

Are these coupons supposed to take $90 off of the total amount?

The coupon is for the subscription. It’s supposed to take 90 off the first payment and let the rest of the payments be made as usual. Even the ones that were supposed to take $40off didn’t work correctly when being transferred to PayPal

    Hi there,

I am sorry to say this but your payment form is misconfigured. You have set up your form to sell products instead of subscriptions.

Product payments are not recurring and will not work as you have intended them to.

Does this clone of your form demonstrates how exactly you intend your form and coupons to work?

We look forward to your response.
