My form cannot be submitted due to an error in the date picker field

The form submits response when created, but now it's no longer submitting response.

I am now checking this for you. I'll let you know when I found the caused of this. 

The date picker is causing this problem. I have deleted the field and added it back, that seems to have fixed it. Can you check again?
