Hi this is my form that I use for my clients that submit files in for work. The past couple of days a couple of my clients stated they had issues submitting the form.

And my customers are not being able to submit the form?

    Please advise.

I was able to submit the form. Did you embed this form on your website? If so, can you share us the link? This could be a case of a script conflict. If there's a conflict, our iframe method will help you fix it.

No, it is not embedded on my website.  I should say only 2 clients tried to upload and it didn't work.  One sent me a screenshot of what he entered and I would be able to share but I just would not want his info public? Please advise.

So another person said the form won’t let her submit. A red error flashes quickly.

I also tested your form and was able to send a submission through.  As far as I can tell, the form should be functional.  Do you happen to know what error is that flashes?  The only thing I saw was the quick pop-up for the random value generator.

No they are unsure of the error as it flashes really quick. One person I realized was entering the date with slashes, not dashes.

I did check your form and found that date field is configured with separator as "-". If you input date with slashes, it will trigger validation error and form will not allowed to be submitted. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to ask users to use calendar to select date as displayed in the screenshot above.

    Hope this helps.
