I tested your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/72936788284374 and I received the following email.
Can you please clarify the following so we can further help?
1. Is the form above correct. If not, please give us the URL of the correct form you are having an issue with.
2. Which email is having the issue? Is it the email notification or the autoresponder email?
3. What do you mean by "text is not being sent"? Can you please give us a screenshot of the email you are receiving the part of the form which you do not receive?

Please note that the Text fields are not included automatically in the notification/autoresponder emails. It is required to add the text manually to the emails with the links. Please try adding the same text from the Text field on the form to the email notification/autoresponder.
