Why are the form changes not saving?

I have made changes to this form that have automatically saved in the builder; however, they are not generating in the "preview" or public / publish link.

Why are these changes not saving?  Is this a glitch or something I can do?

May I know what changes did you made? I cloned your form and I can see that the label for the "How will FGR Recieve Commission?" field is not aligned properly. Please change the Label Alignment to "Top" in order to fix the issue. Here's how:

In the Form Builder, select the "How will FGR Recieve Commission?" field and then click the "Properties" icon. Under the General tab, click the "Top" option in the Label Alignment.
