Submissions: Customize pdf before any submission has been made

Hi. I want to add some text to the pdf attachment the recipient will get by email. To view the "customize pdf" option I will need to have at least one submission and edit th at, but what I really need is to add texts BEFORE any submissions are made. If there are no submissions I just can't see the option. How can I do this?

You can make a test submission to your form and use that submission to customize your PDF. I hope it helps.
