Can I create a form that asks qualifying questions first

I'm interested in using JotForm for a scholarship process. There are about 6 qualifying questions that I'd like to ask before someone can use the form. Applicants should be able to upload some documents, and I would then want to create links for people to submit letters of recommendation. Is that possible? Thank you.

I'm not sure if I understood your requirement, but please note that you can ask for almost any question on your form, we have our basic fields and a lot of widgets that will help you asking for the information on the way you want.

Please check this guide that will help you to start creating your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-2-Create+Forms

This guide will also help you to accept files on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms

I would then want to create links for people to submit letters of recommendation

May you please provide us more details about this requirement?

If I did not understood correctly what you were looking for, please feel free to correct me and provide more details.

We will be more than happy to assist you.
