Is it possible to run 1 report that capture all the forms with current activities instead of running individual reports for each form?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine reports in that way. The only way to combine submissions is to use combine submission application: https://apps.jotform.com/app/combine_submissions and with generated file do the processing you need. 

I'm afraid there is no other way of doing that.
