Encrypted Form: Why is my auto-responder email not sending?

    for some reason, emails aren't getting sent to the people who submit this form

    Are you referring to the email notification of your form? I checked the mail log of the recipient of your email notification (research@crohnsandcolitis.ca) and emails were successfully sent.

    Please check your email's spam folder and see if the emails went there.

    Sorry, I meant that it's not being sent to the person who filled out the form (the email field)

    I have just checked your form and I can see you have turned on the encryption feature, please note that the email autoresponder is not available when encryption is enabled on the form, this due to security reasons as the encryption key is needed in order to view the data, so if the email is sent you would need to share the key with your submitter too.
