Not recieving any e-mail notifications

    The form:

    The e-mail notification that is created for this form it is not sending any notifications to the needed e-mail. No e-mails in spam.

    The emails were probably rejected by your mail provider due to DomainKeys issues.

    Try configuring your notifications to use these settings:
