JotForm not responding due to long running script

Please see the screen shot below, in particular, the error message at the bottom of the screen shot. I and others at my organization are receiving this error message. Can you describe what may cause this type of message, and would you be able to look at the coding or properties of the fields on this form to determine what may be causing this message? Did I code something incorrectly? As I complete this form from top to bottom, the form 'hangs' when I click on the "Are you requesting reimbursement for this travel?" radio buttons. The radio buttons will not allow selection.  Thank you for your help.

It seems that the form is unable to handle the calculations/conditional logic. Something might be wrong with the next calculation condition:
