Hi Team, The form submission on this form forwards to my individual email but it is not forwarding to my client's email to let him know he has a form submission. My email is email@example.com my client's email is firstname.lastname@example.org. My client's email is a part of an email group, would that matter. If yes, How do we make that work?

I found the email email@example.com in bounce list. It was the reason emails were not being sent.
I have fixed the issue and removed the blocked email. New incoming email should get through now.
Let us know if issue persist.
