Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore deleted submissions.

In addition to m y colleague's response above. I checked your account with username: snogpma and found out that you are on Overlimit (exceeded allowed 100 form submissions for Free account). This means your forms are disabled and account suspended i.e you can't login to it. (See the account quota limit in the pricing policy link below)
I have cleared your form submission to allow you login and access your forms.But note that we can only do this once.
We will suggest you upgrade your account to Premium or professional to enjoy higher form submissions and avoid your forms being disabled in future due to Overlimit
