Selected field to auto show not working

    Hey I have an order form that has the design fee to be auto selected, it was working and now its not. Are you able to tell me why ?

    also looking at this form embeded on my website on a mobile device, it is too wide and moves side to side when navigating it - I really need it to be stationary within the webpage. Can you tell me what I should do here ?

    I checked your webpage and I can verify that the selected option by default is working properly. The "Design Setup Fee - Payable Per Design" is selected by default.

    I cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers. If you are still experiencing this problem, please let us know so that we can further investigate.

    Hey it still wasnt showing, I removed the custom URL and have loaded the form with the old form number and is is now showing the changes - so the URL was the issue.


    Can you please look into this for me please, as I really need to use the custom name on my forms

    I also updated the Post Code section and it only updated the form with the number
