Unable to log in

I cannot log in to my account. I tried several times already. The website hangs. It never loads, no matter how long I wait. The only way to get the site working again is to reload the page, but when I try logging in again, it just gets stuck again. I even tried resetting my password but I never got an email. I need to access my account ASAP. Please help.
