I have made a change to my form to remove the auto populate address widget and instead replace it with a standard address field. These changes are showing when I edit my form however are not reflected on the published version of the form.
Please can you assist

I cloned your form and I can see that it is using a standard address field. I will clear your form cache from our server. You can also do that as well in your account by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
Please try to log out and log back into your account then check it again.
