How to apply for a Non-Profit discount?

We are a non-profit and are grandfathered into a previous monthly amount. I just saw where it states that you give a non-profit discount. Can we apply this to our account as is? Or, would our rate change?

Please be noted that the discounted price is applicable for the current plans only. You may continue using the grandfathered plan as long as you want and once upgrade/downgrade the account the grandfathered plan will be void on your account.
