Is the data being stored on JotForm servers or only sent to email?

just wondering about the following:

if people fill out a form, do THEIR data (e.g. their e-mail adress) get stored anywhere or does it just straight go to the e-mail adress and is only stored on the e-mail server?

Data will be stored on our servers as well, it is actually how it is possible to access your data through the submission process and manipulate your data with integrations, reports etc. So it is not possible to avoid that.
