To whom it may concern:
I had a student enroll for a class, she put in all of her information including credit card information and I never received it. Where did it go? Is her information safe? I use your Stripe payment integration on my forms. Please let me know promptly so that I can allay her fears about her information being in cyberspace. Thank you.

If the submission and the payment haven't been completed while paying via Stripe, the related submission will appear in the "Pending Charges" list. You can find "Pending Charges" list in your submissions page as you can see the screenshot below:
Probably, you will find the missing submission there.
Regarding your concerns about sensitive information, we take security very seriously here. We don't save sensitive information such as credit card in our servers. The information will be sent directly to our payment processors such as Stripe in your case. Stripe is also very secure payment gateway that you can find detailed information at the following link: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe
