Problem with date picker setting limits not working

    Hi my form Version 2 EB New Order Form has 2 date pickers in it. I have been using the set limits section to block out the next day dates so they can't be chosen. This has been working up until yesterday now they have stopped. I have tried all different date formats and the range selection as well but nothing is working.

    I have the form embedded here http://www.2ezyskipbinsbrisbane.com.au/book-online/  by iframe method as this is the only method that works for embedding the form.

    I checked your form and I see the disabled dates (25 and 26) as properly set. If these are not the next day dates that you are referring to, can you please provide us more details on the matter?

    Hi Liyam,

    Sometimes it is the next day sometimes it might be the next two days depending if we have stock available or not. So if we don't have bins available we block that date so customers can't place an order for that date.

    When you say "Sometimes it is the next day sometimes it might be the next two days depending if we have stock available or not", do you mean to say that you manually disable dates in date picker field. Is that correct?

    I did check your form and you have configured it to disable two custom dates. Please check the screenshot below:

    Can you please explain what and which date is not working in your form and we will take a look?

    Hi Ashwin,

    Yes we always manually disable whatever dates we need to and you are correct in saying that it is now working. Just tested a date for next week and it is working as well so not sure why it wasn't working for awhile there. I will let you know if there are any more problems.
