hi i cant update this ticket with the below it gives spam warning regardless of what i type.
I am still having issues with submission of forms, and have not had any update regarding the above. Please can you resolve it. We have had to switch to paper forms because the form is so unreliable.

I have tested the issue you had. However, I am not able to replicate the issue on your side.
In general, PDF attachments belong to your submissions download successfully without any problem.
As far as I checked the thread, I have seen the following submission ID has the problem with downloading uploads: 3822146169736530397. I have forwarded this specific problem to our developer who assigned this thread in order to make it investigated.
Besides, I have seen that the error is assigned to one of our software developers and its priority has been set as "Important". I have also informed him in order to assist you faster. We can not estimate time for investigating this issue. You are going to be informed via the thread.
