When I have checked the form firstly, I couldn't see any file uploader field on the form.
I have cloned your form on my side in order to test it. Firstly, I have seen that your File Upload field is hidden and it is in the first place as you can see the screenshot below:
I have made it appear on the form and then, I have tested. I have received the following error despite I have uploaded a file to the file uploader:
I have forwarded this error to our software development team in order to investigate the issue and fix it. We are going to inform you as soon as the issue will be fixed.
