Changing the labels on Trello submission

Hi,

I need to know how to change the labels on a trello submission?

Can I do this through the email content code? If so, what would the code be?

Dear Ben,

As far as I understand, you want to change these 6 default fields in the Trello Integration as seen below:

It is not possible to change them. When creating a Trello card, Trello needs only those 6 information as the following: Card Name, Card Labels, Attachments, Description, Members and Due Date. When someone submits the form integrated with Trello, the submission will create a card in the Trello account and the information in the card will be seen as in the following screenshot below:
