Hi I have my form up and running and tonight I tested it after getting feedback it wanst working and people see this screen when they press submit on my form

The incomplete values mean that you have submitted the form without filling up the required fields. In this case, I think you have access the submit URL instead of the actual form.
As for the main issue, it is our server that is receiving a high volume of traffic. But checking your form, it seems to be working correctly now. Can you try again? Please try it with the second URL above that I gave. Let me know if the issue persists.
