    I applied for charity discount, still not received email to finish process and we've reached our booking form limit! 

    When will I receive the follow up email so I can upgrade account as a charity and carry on receieing bookings? This is quite urgent as we are in the middle of several events receiving bookings.

    If you applied on this link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/. Please give us up to 24 hrs to process the request.

    Upon approval, you should get an email that looks like this:

    After that, choose the plan you prefer and click the Upgrade button.
