I applied for charity discount, still not received email to finish process and we've reached our booking form limit!
When will I receive the follow up email so I can upgrade account as a charity and carry on receieing bookings? This is quite urgent as we are in the middle of several events receiving bookings.

Upon approval, you should get an email that looks like this:
After that, choose the plan you prefer and click the Upgrade button.
