Hello. I have a form that has two drop down menus where the user makes a selection from several items. One of them, which is a month selection menu does not show the selected month in the email product that is received by the author. Both are set up the same way. All options are the same. Please advise of a fix.

I cloned your form (41064013654142) and was unable to reproduce the error. The month I specified was correct in the email notification.
Then I tested your form. And it correctly displayed the month selected in the dropdown. It seems to be working fine. So can you please test the form again yourself?
Just to be safe I have cleared your form caches as well.
