New Form Layout: Image uploaded to the form are not received

    Also the additional products section is not displaying correctly.

    I tested the file upload fields in your form and I am able to upload files. The file upload fields are working normally just fine.

    Can you please give us further details on how these fields aren't working on your side? Do you get errors when uploading files? Please upload a screenshot if possible so we can assist you better. Thanks!

    Hi,

    The form appears to upload the files but doesnt send them via email every time.

    The emailed form below had files attached but as you can see, they are not on this email.

    i have just tested the form again and it didnt attach the files to the email form again.

    Do you mean to say that the files are not attached to the email notification even 'Send Uploads as Attachment" is enabled?

    I have sent a test submission to the form now. Please check if the files are attached to the received notification email. 

    Since the height of the field container is smaller than the products list, it is not displaying correctly on the form. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the height of the fields with the new layout. If you want to display all the products, you may consider switching to legacy layout from the form settings.

    I could not reproduce the problem on the cloned version of your form so I think the issue is specific to your form. I have now raised this to our developers for further investigation. We'll let you know via this thread once this is fixed.

    We still do not have an update on this issue, iklik.

    I have cloned the form and it appears to be working ok now but it has caused an issue you solved previously on the old form.

    The additional products section cannot be seen as the box is too shallow (form needs to be longer)

    this is the cloned version of the same form.

    The issue started again once we cloned the form to fix the upload problems
