Why am I not getting all the fields displayed on the visual report?

Hello,

The visual report provides me the charts for only 2 questions. I have more than 2 questions of single choice or multiple choices in my form. Please suggest how I can look at it.

Please note that initially you will have only some fields displayed on the charts of the builder, but you could add more charts and select their source which should show all the questions available on your form.
