How can I clear selections on hidden fields?

Hello!

I have a dynamic form: https://form.jotform.com/72765788354170 

If, for example, you see the question "Select the Type(s)/Medium(s) for Your Request" and select "PDF...". Then, under "How can we help you with your PDF?" you select "I need help creating a new PDF."

So far, the form has loaded questions related to new PDFs perfectly. Now, let's say you change your mind and 1) deselect "PDF  -  Anything to do with a PDF (even if it's on a website)" and then 2) select "Logo or Branded Template  -  We'll help you locate existing files". 

Now, even though you should only be seeing questions for "Logo or Branded Template", the PDF questions aren't going away.

Why is this?

I would suggest you to try setting your form to clear values of hidden fields, I think the selection is still retained even if the field is hidden so the related fields are showing. You will find the option under the settings tab, form settings section, clicking on show more button and scrolling down until the option "Clear Hidden Fields", please select "Clear on being hidden".
