Why is my submit button not showing up?

    WHen users try to submit using firefox or other browsers besides IE, the submit button does not show up.

    I have just tested your form in different browsers and it seems to be working on my end, the submit button shows just fine:

    Are you still experiencing the issue on your end?

    If possible, please also test using incognito mode, this might be a cache issue showing an old version of your form.
