Hello, I passed many hours yesterday in building my (test your level) form but I don't find all the changes I have made, There's a problem there, hop not losing all that because it was very hard to build each page and put 47 pages with 47 questions and multi-options, is there any was easier than that one? thank for help

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

I believe you are referring to this form (https://www.jotform.ca/form/72924758842267). I checked this form and I can verify that the changes you made were saved successfully. Here's a screenshot:

I also cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

Let us know if you are still having any issues. Thank you.

Sorry for the confusion. I thought you intentionally disabled it. Please enable the form, here's how:

In My Forms page, select the form and then click the "More" button. After that, select the "Enable" option.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
