How do I put a link on one form that appears on a submission.  Clicking the link on the submission allows the reader to open another form

May I ask where do you want to put the link? Is it on the Thank You page or is it on the email alert?

First, you need to get the link to the other form. Here's a guide: Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL.

In the Thank You page editor, highlight the text and then click the "Insert/Edit Link" icon. After that, paste the link in the URL field.

In the email editor, highlight the text and then click the "Insert/edit link" icon. Paste the link in the URL field and then click the "OK" button.

You may also redirect the user automatically to the 2nd form via the Thank You page. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
