I've created a form and when I go to test it and click the SUBMIT form, it just says "PLEASE WAIT." Here's a screen shot: http://prntscr.com/h1nmxg.

Also, are submissions stored in my account somewhere?

    Thanks!

I tested your form from here: http://www.jotform.com/form/72909077939170#?secret=VSsEhRpg4m. I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. Probably you have an embedding problem. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and re-embedding your form using the iFrame embed method?

You can follow the guides here:

I have tried submitting your JotForm on your website and able to replicate the issue at my end. I notice that you are using WordPress for your website and the form is embedded using form embed plugin. Please try embedding the form using the default Javascript embed code and see if that works.

Also, please disable the form embed plugin to avoid any conflicts on the website. Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist you further.
